Hi! My name is Monika. I’ve been a Doctor of Physical Therapy since 2016 and a personal trainer since 2018. I've had extensive training in orthopedics, manual therapy, pelvic health, obstetrics, cupping, and dry needling.

In 2024, I completed the distinguished specialty in obstetrics (CAPP-OB) through the American Physical Therapy Association which allows me to add extra prenatal and postpartum support for expecting families.

I love creatively helping people heal, prevent injury, and be the healthiest version of themselves. Having my own practice allows me to help you in ways that aren't possible in a traditional clinical setting. I'm happy to watch your form on an actual trail run, problem-solving your workstation set-up, and help you achieve your specific goals.

Outside of work, I love spending time with family and friends, outdoor adventures, gardening, chicken-raising, advocating for positive change, and playful art projects.

Sessions focus on addressing specific injuries and discomforts in your body. I listen to your history and goals, perform a detailed evaluation, and then utilize manual therapy, specific movements, neuromuscular reeducation, taping, and occasionally dry needling or cupping to target the problem.
Fizeo Fit
FizeoFit applies the trained eye of a PT, plus the additional Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) qualification to preventative, proactive workouts. Movement is medicine and I do the best I can to guide you through engaging and specific movements to address all components of fitness: cardio, mobility, strength, balance, and coordination. If you want to work out with someone who can meet you exactly where you are on your fitness journey and has injury prevention on the brain this is a great option!
